The staff at McKinley were very responsive to my last minute request for an urgent care visit for my elderly dachshund who was in a lot of pain. I appreciated how thorough and timely everyone was. Cat needed surgery in a hurry. They took care of it QUICK and the cost came in below estimate. Full disclosure...still expensive for an adopted cat! Guess that's the cost of not having pet insurance on a critter you love!

We showed up early in the morning, right after opening without an appointment for our dog who had injured herself and needed some help. Our regular vet, who was completely booked for the day, happily fit us in and did everything and more to help us out. You all are amazing!

I took my dog in to get checked out for a lump I was worried about. She usually doesn’t do well with the Vet and she was comfortable enough to walk up to the Dr and smell her on her own. They did a fantastic job working with us and making me feel better (it was only a fatty growth. Nothing to worry about). With 3 shots (2 of them are 3 year shots), an exam, and looking at the fluid from the lump under a microscope, the bill was less than $400. This may be a little expensive for some but for the peace of mind, it was worth it for me. I will definitely be using this vet again in the future.

I've long used Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital because I've always found them to have great customer service. They work well with my cat who is incredibly sweet at home, but not at the vet... And they make my timid dog feel at home. They have always communicated well and respectfully about prices. They always seem to follow up after visits, especially surgeries, to take down notes about how my pets are progressing. Whether it's a routine visit or my pet's having a heart attack, they have always done well by me.
