The owner was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my poor aussie fixed up right, and she's so much happier with her undercoat gone. I can't thank or recommend them enough!

The lady that owns this shop is amazing! The shop is always nice and clean when I go there. Her attitude and the employees' attitudes are always stellar and positively upbeat. If they are doing the grooming, they are fast and do an amazing job. If you are using their bathtubs, they provide everything you can think of that you might need to groom your animal and a few things you might have never thought of. They will also help you with loading and uploading, if it's needed. They do walk-in nail appointments. I will never go to any other grooming shop in Fairbanks and I will highly recommend them to anyone that has to do any grooming on their animals!

Awesome staff who were super nice even though I came in an hour and 20 before they closed to use the self serve and blow out my service dog(who is a sled dog) before a work trip the next day. Absolute life saver!
