My Willow has found her forever groomer! They have taken such good care of my baby!
-Nails are trimmed to perfection so they’re not clinking on the floor at home! -Smells amazing for up to TWO weeks, I don’t know how they do it! -Even was so kind to tend to a special request to make her butt into a heart shape!
She never comes back to me scared or upset. Only with her smile and butt wiggles! If you’re going to trust someone with your pets it’s them!

Picked our dog up and got in the car only to notice he was dripping blood from his rear paw! Turns out they clipped his nail almost all the way off and he was bleeding constantly! When I confronted them and asked for a refund they laughed and said it happens all the time and I can't have a refund because its normal! Well this ain't my first dog but it is my first careless groomer with no compassion! Asked my Vet (Mt Mckinley) what to do cause the bleeding hadn't stopped and is it normal for that to happen! The answer was No its not something that happens very often at all! Now instead of a clean dog I have blood on my cars backseat and living room carpet as well as a gimpy dog with a bandaged paw! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!

I have been taking my dogs here for years and every time I’m so happy when they come home happy, clean & perfectly groomed. 10/10

Can’t begin to tell how wonderful the staff is at happy tails her in fairbanks!! I have a OLD schnauzer and a little spitfire schnauzer…I hadn’t had them groomed in a while cause I was out of town and then sick, so they both needed the visit.. they were SO wonderful and caring!!! Can’t give them enough stars!!!⭐️ THANK YOU YOU!!! AND they look wonderful!!

Both of our Aussies enjoyed their grooming visits and they look & smell amazing. Kaylan is wonderful and I’m so glad we found her. So are Jaxson and Shadow. Thanks for the wonderful job.

The appt was for noon and I was able to leave a little before 4. While I was checking in, I heard a groomer talk loudly to a crying dog (mine) to “sit still”, his nails were trimmed but obviously into the quip on several of them. I will continue to search for a 5 star place as Fysh is a very chill dog - never barks or cries. Unless he is hurting. I am disappointed as I had heard good things about this place

They did a fantastic job on my two Pomsky puppies, whose hair had become super crazy! LOL. Both boys came back much happier and trimmed and smelling amazing. Prompt and professional business, highly recommended! In fact, I'm bringing the sister Pomsky in today, for the same wonderful treatment! Thanks Happy Tails! 😊

We brought our long haired dog in today for his first trip to a new place and he came out smelling amazing and looking exactly how we wanted him to. Will definitely be bringing our other dogs here in the future. Thank you guys so much!
