Great local owned company. It's not a corporate company environment where you are just another number. Everyone that works for Guardian Security lives in our community. When calling for service, you speak to someone local. Never out of state or out of country. Guardian actually owns their central station. So all alarms are answered and handled locally.
The follow through and installation is top notch. We installed a new upgraded system and it is amazing. The entire staff has been 100%. Big shout out to Eric Bader, Sales. Also to the receptionists, outside installers, inside installers. Roland on the wireless, Jed on the outside install, and all the other people that made this work. Thank you so much for your professional attitude and quality workmanship.
