Every time i’ve received a scan from fairbanks ultrasound it is always a relaxing, welcoming experience. The staff is amazing!! Larissa the sonographer is phenomenal and very thorough when explaining the scans and I cannot recommend here enough!! :)

Recently had an anatomy scan here. The atmosphere was calming and nice. The front desk was able to fit me in the same day I had my doctors appointment and was very prompt. I'd give it more stars, but the ultrasound tech wasn’t personable at all from beginning to end and I could tell the entire time she wanted to just be done with the entire thing. Was also a bit impatient when the baby wouldn't change positions and barely talked about what I was looking at on the screen. Didn’t feel entirely comfortable around her, but she got as much done as she could.

I was a patient here last summer and I did not write a review at that time but after seeing make a very unprofessional post on Facebook about the AI trend of Post Malone “visiting” their clinic, I think it’s time. The technicians were not skilled enough in managing my diagnosis while pregnant. Instead of being honest, and acknowledging they weren’t skilled enough, the continued to “care” for me and my child and give us false hope. They should have been up front and directed us to higher level of care so we could have been monitored properly. After our last visit, I was addressed directly by the front desk worker, a man, telling me to leave a positive review. Clearly fishing for compliments. And now they are behaving in an unprofessional manner on social media. You are a medical clinic and are held to higher standards of professionalism. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Seek care elsewhere, there are very few options in Alaska but the drive is worth it to receive qualified professional care.

This is a very pleasant place to have an ultrasound done(much more inviting than the hospital)! It always smells really nice, has great ambiance, and Steve at the front desk is amazing!! They offer stuffed animals tha play babies’ heart beats. 💗

Ive had the most wonderful experience at fairbanks ultrasound. I got a call from steve who was able to get me an appointment the same day.He was very polite and informative. When I got to the facility he asked if I would like any refreshments. Nichole was the one who did my ultrasound and she was very sweet and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay and not uncomfortable. Nichole also was showing me what she was looking at on the screen. Best facility ever.

We had a 20 week ultrasound at the clinic it was absolutely the best experience we have had. This is our 4th pregnancy and I wish we knew about them for the previous 3. It is family friendly so the kids can meet the newest family member. They are clean and have an easy layout. Toys for the kids to play with, plenty of room for the husband to sit and watch the tv screen of the ultrasound. Very friendly and helpful staff! I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be coming back in the future!
