He then told me what I needed to do despite not making money on the info. He's a pro, loves what he does and was happy to help. I needed a diagnosis for my broken earphones for an insurance claim, and Fairbanks Tech Support was able to quickly test them after I walked in. The diagnosis was free by policy, and I received a written diagnosis the next day to send to the insurance company. My insurance claim was accepted afterwards, so I'm very grateful to Fairbanks Tech Support for the help.
