Fairbanks Psych and Neuro has taken excellent care of me. Dr. Thurston-Hicks is kind and intentional with care and care plans. Charlie, who works at the front desk, is one of nicest people I’ve met as a patient in this field. Charlie does their absolute best to answer questions, and help me get in for appointments in a regular and timely manner without judgement. Thank you guys for all you do!

Dr. Martino was the first doc in over 20 years of migraines to get me meds that helped. But when I started having some issues other docs thought might be related to the migraine meds I was totally shut down and dismissed. Trying to renew an existing rx has been a nightmare because the pharmacy and office cannot decide who is going to initiate the prior authorization and I’m stuck in the middle. I can’t wait to move and not have to deal with this office. They’re great while everything is easy and smooth. Not so much when there were issues.
