I got tinsel here and a haircut. Only reason I went here for is the tinsel. I definitely recommend but the only thing that really bothered me is that when I went to get my hair washed instead of the hairdresser making sure the water was temperature appropriate, I got very hot water at first. She apologized because she said she was wearing gloves. The last salon I went to used burning hot water so I decided to just go here for my haircut too. Please can the hairdressers just check the temperature before scorching someone’s scalp when washing please?

Made an appointment. Drove 2 hours to get there. I called to be let in they told me I needed to wait because they weren't ready for me. Called me 10 minutes later saying they forgot to move my appointment and to come back Friday. When I called to make my appointment I was with someone then my confirmation email said someone else then when they canceled my appointment it was with someone else completely different. I get mistakes happen, but the whole thing felt off.

I receceived a very postive welcome from the receptionist answering the phone to the scheduling of my appointment. Walking in the door for appointment you get a warm welcome feeling from the staff. This salon comes highly recommended from me.The stylist are very professional and do an excellent job. Had a great conversation with my stylist. My hair turned out great. THANKS BRANDY!!!! This place is amazing! Brandy is such a wonderful hair stylist! The decor is amazing really cute! 🤩 Brandy is Such a wonderful person! I cant recommend this place enough! I can’t wait to post photos of my beautiful hair once it’s done!

Very professional. I explained what I wanted and she delivered to the t , and beyond. I'm not one that likes to get my haircut by people and I explain this to her and she was very knowledgeable and quick with what her profession is and she will be getting my service from now on along with my spouses

I really appreciate that they can usually get me in on the same day. Being from out of town I usually have a full day of errands to run when I come into Fairbanks and it is very difficult for me to schedule ahead. So they're willingness and availability is greatly appreciated!

Overall I was very satisfied with my haircut at this salon. My stylist Natalie was fantastic. Great with communication and the hair wash was such a treat. I realize I could have asked before hand for a price so that’s on me. That being said the price was considerably higher than I was expecting. After asking I was told price was based on length and thickness of hair so maybe just keep that in mind if you’re going to choose this salon.
