I've been using Muttisoury Doggie Daycare for my dog since last summer and she always loves it. I've also been using Dr. D for my veterinary care needs since about the same time. Dr.D is very nice, knowledgeable and caring with all my furry friends. Both veterinary and Doggie daycare are reasonably priced. Highly recommended both.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a vet. I figured I’d give Dr Dee a chance since the pricing was better than elsewhere. However, I now understand why. The clinic didn’t want any prior vet records when we set up the first appointment, which now I realize is odd. Upon entering the clinic, a loose cat greeted my dog. While she was sweet, this could be stressful for a dog who doesn’t like cats. Dr Dee got behind the counter and basically started my appointment from back there. Before she got a chance to even meet my dog or see his prior records for his ongoing condition, she started trying to sell me prescription food that he didn’t need. Then we moved to the exam room to do a blood pressure check. The machine did not work properly and couldn’t narrow down values because of an air leak it said it had. Dr Dee started estimating numbers and calling it good. I felt that it was very unprofessional to rely on a broken machine and eyeball the values that are important indicators for my dogs illness. Additionally, I had called in advance asking if they can do his blood draw in room with me there since my dog does much better that way than in the back. I was told yes. However without warning Dr Dee scooped up my dog (didn’t even ask if he’s okay with that) and tried taking him back without me. I explained my issue with that and after basically pleading with her, she agreed to let me come to the back. However, she kept doing things I wasn’t happy with and before she even got to drawing the blood, she suggested I go elsewhere so I’d be more comfortable. And that’s the only thing she did I liked. I am not good at walking out if service is bad, so I’m glad she suggested it so I could leave. Thankfully, she didn’t try charging me for anything (which is the reasonable situation since the services weren’t rendered, but glad I didn’t have to deal with that).
Maybe she’d be a fine vet if you are really unbothered by what happens to your pet, but if you care about their comfort and care about your experience talking with the doctor, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

I have been going to Dr. Dee for years! She is awesome and really cares about animals. My Dog Harley was really sick and we didn’t know if he was going to make it.
He wasn’t responding to antibiotics and his lungs were filling with fluid.
Dr.Dee was able to find the right treatment to heal Harley!
Thank you Dr.Dee and Jesse who got us in right away and cared about Harley!

Something has fallen off a cliff at Animal House. Had pretty decent care and service there until it just….stopped. Appointments had to be changed, unwanted sales pitches, all our dogs ended up sick from the treats given there, and finally, the lack of communication and worse, the complete inability the get in touch with anyone at all to make an appointment for second shots for our pup and more for our older dogs. Six separate phone calls at different times of the day with NONE of them during the “closed” lunch hour. What business in its right mind closes during lunch hour when a lot of people only have that time to conduct business? Hard to figure with random times on different days that our timing was consistently so poor that we couldn’t make contact. There’s a couple other items about the Dr. and staff that I’ll leave out for sake of benefit of the doubt. This that you’ve read is the rarest of the rare because I NEVER do reviews on anything. I just quit using a business or service and again, give the benefit of the doubt because someone was having a bad day or week. Not here. Too consistently messed up to be a coincidence or isolated problem. All in all, a very negative experience all around. Won’t be going back there ever.
