My water pump began failing days ago and I called Altrol. They came out the next day for an estimate to replaced it two days later (they could have replaced it even earlier but my work schedule wouldn't allow that). They worked with my schedule and had the new pump installed and old one cleaned up and out of my place in less than 2 hours. The new pump works well so far and even has a meter to tell me when I'm getting low on water. Chris was very communicative and punctual and courteous.
The Altrol team went above and beyond when no one else was willing to help. My water line from my well to the house ruptured and Altrol provided amazing services. Great communication and superb customer service.
Always such an easy process to book an appointment and appreciate the solid communication leading up to the work. Great technician and will be pursuing them again next year for routine maintenance!
