I am a firm believer that when you find a doctor, his staff, and his office to go above and beyond your expectations, it needs to be shared so that others may benefit. And that’s what happened to me when I was seen by Dr. Fleckenstein at the Eagle River Vision Clinic. Not only was Dr. Fleckenstein thorough, kind, and brilliant, literally everyone in his office from the incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional Allissa who took my ‘frantic’ call, to the skilled technician that prepared me for my exam impressed me beyond words. Eagle River Vision Clinc provides state of the art vision care. Dr. Rob and his staff spend time explaining what they are doing and what I needed to do to keep my eyes healthy. I always get thorough eye exams and I know I don't always need new glaases each year if there is not a big change in my vision. The office has a great selection of frames to choose that are with in your budget. I highly recommend Eagle River Vision Clinic.

The staff was quick to respond as soon as I walked in the door. No waiting around. Dr Rob is always great at explaining everything he’s doing and he makes you feel comfortable about the different vision options available to you.
