Haven't actually gotten services here but booked an appointment to try and fix an overprocessed lash lift from a different establishment. The staff was incredibly kind to me, told me the risk associated with reprocessing my damaged lashes, and made suggestions for solutions they genuinely thought would be better for me, even though that option wouldn't make them any money. I wasn't charged for the time they spent with me and I am very grateful for the kindness and patience they showed me (especially while I was crying my eyes out).

I recently had surgery and had to have the back of my head shaved. McKenzie was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, caring, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. I wanted my hair shorter and more uniform because my OCD was really getting to me, and she did a great job blending everything together. She helped me feel better about my hair during a difficult time. I’m thankful for her kindness and professionalism, and I definitely plan to go back to her in the future.
The coffee shop itself is also super cute with a boutique-style atmosphere, a great variety of options, and fun events to check out. Such a welcoming place overall.
