Many years ago, I started my journey in Tae Kwon Do in Alaska. Now, nearly 25 years later I have returned to the mats, but this time, in Spain. While reasonably rusty, I am called “old school” for the work ethic and the “crisp” techniques I bring. My journey now begins once more with the intent to honor those that shaped me by earning my black belt and competing in Europe and maybe one day in Asia. Miss you dearly, Heidi, Hope, Lance, and team.

I went there when I was a little started from a white belt to the black belt I became a few years ago. Although my sensei has retired and there is a new one I still would recommend to others even if I have not met them yet I hope otger people have the same experience I had had there.
