I finally made it in and I’m so glad I did! I arrived with some hip issues and after targeted red light therapy, Normatec compression, and infrared sauna/cold plunges (eep!) I left feeling relaxed and walking pain-free. I’ll be back!

Love the staff, the atmosphere, and the Barry of services! The Wellness Lounge also does an amazing job of informing their clients and the community of other options available to improve health and wellness outside of conventional medicine.

Very friendly environment but I didn't quite feel like the neck and facial with the lymphatic massage in other places and you could feel them actually massaging and draining. I felt very relax but didn't feel a difference which is a bummer. I also felt like I didn't get a neck massage at all.
I also received two shots but I was expecting them to explain more of the benefits and maybe get me excited to do them again? Nothing. I did get a little info once I asked.
But, very friendly and maybe because the lymphatic massages I received were from people who really focused on massaging the areas deeply and gosh I felt and sw
