I recently went through the process of selling my home in Anchorage while simultaneously buying a new home as well via a contingent offer. Adrian did such an amazing job of finding me a new place, without ever putting any pressure on me, and I was able to find the perfect spot for myself. He even made it possible for me to get early occupancy in my new place which made the moving process so much easier. I will recommend Adrian and his team to anyone who ever asks me moving forward. He made what seemed like a daunting task flow as smoothly as I could of imagined and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Working with Adrian was an outstanding experience. He deftly uncomplicated a very complicated situation that originally felt as if it could never be managed — but he did. And with grace and expertise. I cannot recommend Adrian enough. Because of him, my husband and I are living in our dream home. We used Adrian to buy and sell this summer. Over the course of selling and buying Adrian made everything so easy and simple for us. He has a vast knowledge of the industry and fights for his clients. Even with a few bumps in the road (which can be inherent while trying to sell and buy with in a certain timeframe) he championed right through.
