Dave Windsor helped me to buy a house in Anchorage. He was the seller's agent but arranged for a new roof to be installed as well as a new furnace. He kept in touch with me through the whole process of buying my house from another state.

Very clean and nice looking building inside and out. Very nice front desk. Very curtious and respectful and honest. I leave cash to pay my rent which is frowned upon but I get to the front desk, she gives me an envelope i leave the money and it always gets to where it needs to go.
