“I called on a Saturday and asked how late they were open until. The phone girl said 8pm. I asked if they had a 6:20 or 6:40 available in the Open Sun and she said both. I said I’d take the 6:40 and she got my last and first name. I showed up on time to find the store dark and open sign off. The sign on the front door said they were only open until 8pm on weekdays and weekends was 6pm. I laughed and thought to myself how could they schedule me for after close? Now, you’re probably asking yourself why I still have them 5 stars. I messaged them on social media and explained what happened. They apologized, said they would talk to their staff and put a free tan on my account. That was good enough for me. Mistakes happen, they owned up to it and made it right. Their facilities are always clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. I’m sure this was just a one off with an in training employee. I’ve tanned at Sunsation off and on since I was in high school, and I’m now 38, so for 22 years. They will always have my business.“
