Dropped my ford f150 off on Friday to have the front end looked at. I was having a odd noise coming from what I thought was the CV Joints, or the bearings. They looked through everything and could not repeat the noise I was experiencing. I am so happy I took my truck to these folks and had them look through the front end. Now they could have taken total advantage of me and told me I need a new front end. They did just the opposite and told me everything looked good and safe for me to drive. I would highly recommend this shop.
I brought in a Ford Super Duty that I was looking to buy and asked them for a pre purchase inspection. What I received was the most thorough, complete and thoughtful one ive ever gotten. Not only that, the owner spent lots of time with us and we learned a ton...and the rest of his staff was wonderful too. We're from Sterling not Anchorage, but Suoerior Auto repair has a customer for life!
Every time I bring in my f-150, they get it in and fixed quickly and charge me a very fair price. Brought it in after my charging system and power steering went out even without scheduling an appointment, figuring it'd take a couple weeks to get to. They called me 4 hours later, they had already ordered the part and got my truck repaired by the end of the day. Would recommend to anyone.
