Top notch service at Continental Nissan’s Service department on my Audi Q5! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Continental Nissan services Audi vehicles. Jared R was personable and knowledgeable, and provided a seamless experience. I purchased new snow tires that were installed almost immediately. The small wait allowed me to work in their wait room and enjoy a few cups of freshly brewed Kaladi coffee. Every team member I interacted with at Continental was friendly and helpful. The reasonable cost for the tires (without an installation fee) was definitely the positive, but the excellent service was the cherry on top.

For me the Nissan service crew at Nissan Continental are phenomenal. Geri the gal over in the express lane service area. Did me a big solid in saving me some money by going to bat for me with her technicians in the back. And technicians in the back being understanding and doing the best they can to give me a good price. The customer service over here I think it's great. The only negative thing I would have to say is their too far away from the lower 48 so shipping takes forever. Oh, and if your not aware they sell oil change plans that can save you almost a whole oil change. Three oil changes for a good price and they have shuttles.
