Fused spine T4-L4 to treat scoliosis for the past 24 years. I'm pretty active but not super athletic. Anyway, if you want a medical massage that really deals with tension and knots she will work with you to get movement back and decrease pain even if it's longterm issues. She had helped me with scar tissue, old knots, even TMJ. I am thrilled to have recommended her to others who also have only good things to say! I've seen a good number of therapists over the years and she's the best. Has great bedside manner to make you feel comfortable and really wants the best for you!“

When you arrive, you're led to a room that is comforting and relaxing. When the facial starts, you're introduced to pure bliss. Jen went thru some options but I basically left it up to her. She explained everything that she was doing very well. Not only did it feel great during the facial but I cannot remember my skin looking so good after any of the others. She is extremely skilled and an excellent masseuse. I had a prenatal massage and she was just the right amount of gentle yet firm and also worked carefully on areas that I specifically requested and indicated I had pain or sensitivity. I left feeling utterly refreshed and I will absolutely return here. They even give you a chocolate truffle so you can leave on a sweet note, and many of the products used appear to be from local companies (hand soap and lotion in the restroom for example). She was very kind and accommodating when I came in as I was running late misjudging my travel time from Eagle River. Very calm and non-judgmental which put me at ease. Her space is very clean and also very soothing. I love my lashes and received the compliments that they looked natural and fit my face and eye shape. I don’t wear make-up so they really were perfect for my more natural, but feminine vibe. Highly recommend!“
