My spouse isn't a fan of being touched by most unfamiliar people. While I regularly enjoy therapeutic massages outside the home, he's like "I prefer your massages." Blah! Finally got him to Relax Solutions and it was a happy medium. We got to be serviced next to each other and at the same time. We didn't have to undress more than taking off our jackets and boots. I wasn't sure this experience was going to be enjoyable, but I was wrong. This is acupressure and reflexology, not to be confused with massage although some strokes are similar.It hurt so good during some points but we could feel the tightness in our back's subside almost immediately. I love coming here and the massages are great however the organization is very poor. When you walk in no one acknowledges you are there or tells you the wait time. I would be willing to come back later but there is no option for a sign up sheet so you can be texted. I saw a bunch of confused people looking for that kind of information and they were just stared at by the staff. I saw a guy walk in for an appointment his wife made him, he told the staff, and was completely ignored. He ended up just leaving extremely frustrated. Hubs had a 60 minute table massage while I had a 30 minute chair/30 minute table massage and let me tell you, this is not a soft handed massage, this is DEEP, elbow pressure massage. You’re going to feel sore after and that’s exactly how you should feel. I couldn’t move my neck and had a knot under both shoulder blades that felt like it was on fire and they’re gone. I wish I had caught the massage therapists name but I was in such a haze of utter relief when I left that I spaced out. He gave a full massage but also focused a little extra on my tight knotted areas and manipulated my arms and legs to get into the deep tissue of my problem areas.
