My entire professional career was in the civil engineering/construction field. I am not a novice. When my wife and I decided to downsize we approached The Petersen Group about purchasing two of their townhomes in Discovery Park. We purchased them before any work had started. I was on-site almost every day inspecting and observing their work. Their work was first class. They were easy to work with. We moved into the home one day sooner than they estimated six months earlier. I would another project with them in a heartbeat.
