“Wow! This place was A+ and its super organized, clean, wonderful, and a great place for dogs. My pup loved swimming and chasing Frisbee. Pool is like a lap size, with a ramp to allow slower dogs to get in/out. They use doggie life jackets. Have all the toys. Give you someone to assist if needed. After the session you are allowed to wash your dog. You might look at the session price and balk, but IMHO, it's 100% worth it. Give it a go, you'll wanna go back!“

“Arctic Tails is Lexe’s new puppy play place. She is so excited to go on her days she literally dumps me at the door! When Lexe was attacked (in our neighborhood) she took a few days off and when I took her back to AT I explained what had happened. Later that day they called to say Lexe was doing just fine. They asked if I wanted them to clean her ear which had been ripped in the attack. We had done some but I sure. They spent 2 hours carefully cleaning her up and cutting her hair near the rip. I can’t thank them enough. Lexe is a 9 lb. Papillion that loves Arctic Tails. I highly recommend AT and all their staff.“

“A great groom done on my cat! Making an appointment was easy. Left a voicemail and heard back from them promptly. He went in for dematting and they did a great job. No scrapes, smooth cut, and listened to the specifics I wanted done for him. I was nervous taking my cat to a new spot and they're a little more expensive than other places but I was very happy with the groomer and end result. He is also much happier now too! I just wish they had a legit website“
