One Stop Services provides fast, reliable plumbing and drain cleaning. They came out same day for a main line drain and got everything back up and running. The owner answered calls personally, scheduled within 24 hours, and was super understanding about a same-day reschedule. The team was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. For a plumbing emergency on a Saturday, they went above and beyond despite complications. They helped clear a frozen sewer lateral during a busy time and made everything right. After a Home Warranty contractor failed, One Stop used a Vac Truck service. They advised a less expensive snake service, and when equipment was too large, they replaced a toilet seal and toilet at no additional charge. They cleared the clog through the outside clean out and used a camera to show the location, also at no extra cost. For a house emergency, they arrived within 4 hours. The technician was professional, informative, and the price was extremely reasonable. Customers describe the service as above and beyond, truly exceptional, and highly recommend One Stop Services.
Highly recommend. The owner answered both my calls himself, quickly answered my questions and got me scheduled within 24 hours. I had to reschedule same day and they were super understanding and accommodating, and then the guys who came out were professional, kind, explained everything clearly, and honestly just went above and beyond. While I wish I hadn’t needed their services to begin with, I’m so glad that they’re the ones I called.
