He not only cleans our carpet and stairs, but he also treats and cleans our dinning chairs and area rugs and they always look AMAZING. OMG! OB did an EXCELLENT job on my carpets! I'm moving into a new apartment and the carpets were in pretty shabby condition. OB took the time to explain everything to me while running his blue light over the carpets. I was ready to pay for treatment from previous tenant who had pets. He recommended that I don't pay for the treatment because it wasn't really my responsibility and that he could clean the carpets, remove the stains, and make it smell great by paying for standard cleaning and deodorizing. He demonstrated his integrity and didn't take advantage of my inexperience with carpet cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend him!
