I purchased a home that was in need of a roof replacement, and during the repair negotiations, the seller agreed to replace the roof and choose Nick and Northern Roof Systems, who I believed were recommended by my realtors. I was very happy that he was chosen, based on the reviews of his choice of shingles (Malarkey Highlander) and the thoroughness of his bid proposal.After waiting several weeks to close, I finally took ownership on May 17. Nick replaced our roof at our triplex in March. He worked with us getting snow and ice off as the previous roof didn’t have any insulation. Throughout the entire job, Nick communicated about what repairs to the tongue and groove needed to be done and worked with our contractor in a timely matter to get it completed. Since weather was a factor, the days he was unable to work, Nick still came out to the property to ensure that the roof was covered up and protected.
