I am very impressed with Midnight Sun Towing! My truck broke down at 5pm on a weekday in anchorage (I live in the valley) and was told they could have a truck out to me in an hour, which I thought was pretty good for anchroage at 5pm. To my surprise within 30mins of my call I got a notification saying the driver was on the way! I was not charged until the driver was on scene with my truck and was quoted a very reasonable price for a tow back to the valley! Also received a link showing the drivers live location until the truck was dropped off at the address I requested. As a long time, service industry, small business owner, I appreciate the small details. Call was efficient, professional and agent was pleasant. In addition, very reasonable rate!!!
