We recently purchased new Anderson windows from Mason’s and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Justin helped us choose the best windows for our home without any pressure, and kept us updated throughout the process. The installers were on time, respectful of our home, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Even better, we had initially gotten multiple estimates and Mason’s estimate was close to half the price of the other estimates.
Our new windows look fantastic, and we immediately noticed the house was much more quiet and better insulated. You can tell the quality is excellent.

I never write reviews but I really need to because this company is outstanding. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I didn't even know that customer service this good existed in todays world. Even though I live in Kodiak and not near the company, Dave got me to send pictures and measurements of my walls and he figured out everything I would need and the exact amount of product. He helped me all along the way, replying to my many annoying questions, and never acted like I was putting him out.
