I never write reviews but I really need to because this company is outstanding. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I didn't even know that customer service this good existed in todays world. Even though I live in Kodiak and not near the company, Dave got me to send pictures and measurements of my walls and he figured out everything I would need and the exact amount of product. He helped me all along the way, replying to my many annoying questions, and never acted like I was putting him out. The entire crew at Mason's Siding did a superb job putting siding on our home. Their customer service is Platinum grade. Everything and everyone we worked with was very professional from start to finish. Their customer service, communication and attention to detail is of a caliber that you very, very rarely get to enjoy anymore. 5 stars isn't nearly enough. I wish they did more than siding so we could hire them again!
