My appointment was booked a month in advance prior to my vacation. Took off work and showed up for my appointment on time, to find out the eye lash tech for this salon no longer works there. However, you can still book appointments and they are happy to collect your credit card information upon confirmation. I was very disappointed as I could not find another salon to fit me in with two days notice. I called the salon a day ahead of time to verify my time, but no one answered and never returned my voicemail. The simple fact you can still book appointments for someone who is no longer in the salon is very unprofessional. Do not recommend!

I went to my appt on Jan. 23rd and she is no longer there. I guess she left around Thanksgiving and never returned. All.her equipment is still at the salon but the owner has no idea where she is. She doesn't answer calls. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON LINE!!!!

I got my brows done here years ago and wasn’t given proper after care instructions so they fell off immediately. When I tried getting in touch with the studio about my concerns no one responded to my messages. The work itself is good, but the communication is terrible.

I recommend Lovejoy for lash lifts! They’re quick and experienced, always get a good result, and fair pricing. I appreciate that they have a lift without tint price as I tint at home. In a new space down the street on Arctic near Jens, access is from the street just north of the strip mall.

This was my very first time trying this service and I found my experience to be successful despite the fact my eyes got irritated from me having to open them during the process to get a Triple AAA driver for a flat tire I needed changed. Isabel was my technician, and she even helped me get the situation fixed with my tire.

Beware of this place! Not professional at all. I had an appointment for 1000 On December 22, 2020 booked about a week in advance. I confirmed the appointment a couple days before the appointment. I show up at the 1000 and waited for 45 mins. No personal number to contact and no one showed up. Tried the only number for the business several times! Also resulted to email. No answer. I left and came back at 1108 and waited a little longer because even though Cassie was late I still wanted and needed my lashes done! Still not here. She finally “turned her work phone on” as she said and got in contact with her at 1115. She explained that her assistant did not contact me and let me know she was not accepting new clients. But I booked a 2 Week Hybrid full set ( if you plan on becoming a new client). She said that her assistant (who is trash) should of contacted me and told me that they were not accepting new clients, even though it stated for this particular service said if I wanted to become a new client, which didn’t happen. Unacceptable! Waste of time! I needed my lashes done and if it was not going to happen I should of been notified. Do not!! I repeat do not book here!!!
