The most phenomenal place for glasses I've ever been! I got new glasses last week and the staff were amazing at helping me pick frames I felt confident it and that fit my face! Today I went in because my son bent my frames and the staff had me I'm and out in less than five minutes and fixed my frames without charge ???

This is my second time getting eyewear at LensCrafters and the experience keeps getting better and better. Heidi, the store manager, is super friendly and personable and it is very obvious how much she cares about her customers and their needs. This was my first time getting an eye exam at this location and the exam was fast and far more in-depth than other exams I have had in the past.

I visited LensCrafters after stepping on my glasses. The metal piece connecting the frames and arms were bent significantly. Marguerrie welcome me into their store and was very friendly. I shared the damage I had done to my glasses. She quickly assessed the situation without making any derogatory statements about my stupidity. I thought that was very nice. Marguerite warned me of the possibility of the arms snapping off prior to working on bending the glasses back. She did an amazing job, cleaned up my glasses, and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend LensCrafters. Thank you for your help and fantastic customer service. Mike
