Very friendly and efficient service from J&S. The scheduling was easy, they communicated well leading up and showed up on time. The carpets look great and they gave some good tips on how to get longer life out of each cleaning. All things considered a very positive experience.
They did an outstanding job cleaning a very old Persian rug. I had a thought to do it myself, however, I’m glad I found them to do it. They did an excellent job ensuring the colors wouldn’t run and it came out great! Would 100% use them again and highly recommend if you have an old rug that needs cleaning.
We have had our carpet professionally cleaned by other companies, but I have to say this was the best job we have ever had on our carpet. I was going to replace the carpet, but it looks so good now, I am going to wait to replace it. Thank you J&S Steamway, for doing a super job!
