The staff is super helpful here! The prices are great as well. I went in with my boyfriend and he got his Samsung A52 repaired. The screen disconnected less than a week later and the techs showed him how to fix his phone for free.
They do an excellent job. Replaced my screen protector for $20 and did a FLAWLESS job. No bubbles. Not even tiny ones. I've never been able to do that no matter how hard I've tried. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks!!!!
Always have shopped here for used Galaxy and Apple phones. Their descriptions are very thouroug, absolutely no surprises with their unlocked phones.Recently too a brand new Galaxy 12 something with a cracked and black screen. $339 for the screen and labor and itcwas done the next day. Batteries +/Fix It wanted $430 just for the replacement screen, no labor included in that quote. I strongly dislike Batteries +. Everything the offer is cheaper for factory original elsewhere in Anchorage or on Amazon or eBay, often with free shipping.
