So understanding, knowledgeable, and kind! I went to their store with my computer broken and was terrified because I am a student at UAA and am taking 5 online classes. They looked at my computer and told me it was gone because it had overheated due to not being cleaned. In the most compassionate act imaginable, they gave me a loaner computer so I could do my school work and only asked that I return it once I get a new computer. I couldn't believe it, these people truly are wonderful. They are highly educated in technology and are SO understanding of your situation. Love these guys. They have selected their people extremely well. Worked with a few IT companies over the years. These guys are SOLID. Great communicators, great personalities, patience thru the roof, and VERY responsive.

Alaska Computer Service has consistently provided this tech-challenged septuagenarian with the help I needed to overcome my computer challenges. Often in the office or occasionally remotely. Their colleague Oz was of particular help today in preparing a download of a book I'd recently completed and sent to the publisher. Much relieved when all went well.
