April was extremely gracious to me as a first time waxee, the shop is absolutely lovely and adorable!!! Very helpful with questions and prep prior to my waxing appointment. The wax appointment itself was very timely, we chatted the entire time, she is very efficient and welcoming. Did not feel awkward at all as a first timer! April was fantastic! I am visiting from out of town and she was able to get me in on short notice. Communication while booking was super easy, and she did a great job. I was super comfortable the entire appointment.
