A different, clearly predatory shop (they barely tried to hide it) was trying to convince me I needed to replace my head gasket.Hale’s was able to tentatively diagnose it—over the phone—as a sound coming from the timing chain tensioner. Always fun to get in your car first thing in the morning and find out your tire pressure is low. When you find out there’s a screw in your tire that makes it even more fun. Contacted them and they were able to get us in right after work. Less than a half an hour later we were on our way home. Could not be more pleased with their service!Service: Tires
