I was really in a bind needing repairs and snow tire change over at the same time but have so many doctor appointments that it was a challenge. I just couldn’t work with my dealership because they don’t answer their phones. I mistakenly went to Chaz and was turned down due to collision damage work only there although I told the receptionist what repairs that I needed. I stopped by Hale’s Technical to ask if they could get me in. They have done excellent work for me in the past. Desiree, told me to bring it in on Monday and they would do everything in a day. Hale’s saved me thousands of dollars in fixes and the cost a rental car. A different, clearly predatory shop (they barely tried to hide it) was trying to convince me I needed to replace my head gasket.Hale’s was able to tentatively diagnose it—over the phone—as a sound coming from the timing chain tensioner. I brought it into their shop and turns out they were correct.My car is now working perfectly well—better than it has in at least 2 years—and the issues are gone.Very knowledgeable, very friendly folks, who aren’t in the business of price-gouging. I trust Desiree and all the others who work on my vehicle. They are fair and courteous. The dog that greets me every time I arrive is further evidence of a straight up family, with a standard of service that always goes above and beyond.Services: Oil change
