So we’re in town for medical, and I asked my husband to drop me off at Great Clips for a much needed trim. I asked if they could cut my hair dry, and they said yes. Wow, they’re listening to me already, I thought. I then asked for an even, slightly above shoulders bob with a slight undercut, and Lori delivered. Thanks, Lori, for a very nice cut. I’m getting compliments already!

Great service, great employees! Only downside is you have to check in online (basically adding yourself to the queue) and can't book an appointment in advance, which can complicate planning.

It really depends on who you get honestly. There's a lady at the dimond location that did fine on my hair the first time then terrible the second time. Now I don't want to go to that location. Today I tried the location on abbot and the lady I got, her name started with a G. I honestly can't remember her name but I like how she cut my hair. You know, straight, layered correctly, and new how to style it based on my face frame, my part, and the thickness of my hair. They no longer do coupons and I costs $22 for a regular hair cut for women. I recommend checking in online. Abbott and dimond had over 100 minute wait. The northern lights had about 25 minutes.... read full review
