Great Clips' staff, such as Miss Maria, take the time to listen to customers and provide personalized service, ensuring a great cut every time. Despite some management issues, the salon's experienced stylists make it a great option for those seeking a quick and affordable haircut.
I checked in on the app. It notified me as my appointment got closer. I was taken back as soon as I arrived. The young woman knew what my usual haircut is as printed out in the system. She was very efficient and I was done in less than 15 minutes. And to top it off I had discount code saving me $10.
So we’re in town for medical, and I asked my husband to drop me off at Great Clips for a much needed trim. I asked if they could cut my hair dry, and they said yes. Wow, they’re listening to me already, I thought. I then asked for an even, slightly above shoulders bob with a slight undercut, and Lori delivered. Thanks, Lori, for a very nice cut. I’m getting compliments already!
Great service, great employees! Only downside is you have to check in online (basically adding yourself to the queue) and can't book an appointment in advance, which can complicate planning.
