To start, the coaches are awesome, welcoming and friendly. The whole vibe from the place was fantastic and was only made better by the killer workout. F45 has something for everyone and I can’t wait to do it again!
My first day was absolutely insane, Everyone was so friendly!! The coaches recognized a new face almost immune made sure I was giving it my all the whole time. They really push you to the extreme in the best way possible. First day a success and will be returning for another amazing workout :)
Dino and the gang run a great gym. Always clean, well laid out and welcoming.I describe F45 as CrossFit for normal people with well designed workouts that are challenging. You’ll feel great for the rest of the day!
