This was my first time at misfit salon, and it was an excellent experience. I’ve been going to my salon for years and because of circumstances that had nothing to do with the salon I was going to. I had to change the salons. Marcy was amazing. She was professional. She took her time with me ask lots of questions did things that I wanted to try that were new. The Salon was quiet. It was clean. It was professional. It was comfortable. I had my first appointment recently with Nee, and overall I’m really happy with my haircut, especially my bangs. I was specifically looking for an Asian hairstylist to do my hair, so it was such a relief to find her. I hadn’t had bangs in years, so I was nervous, but she really listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful, efficient, and detailed job.
The only downside was that my appointment started about 45 minutes late, which was frustrating since I had booked ahead and arrived on time, and this being my first impression of the salon that I was excited to checkout. I’d been putting off getting a haircut for over a year— there just never seemed to be the right time that matched my stylist’s (at the time) schedule, and I kept pushing it to the back burner as a result. My hair has been up for most of the past couple years because I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with it, to be honest.
On a whim, this morning I did a Google search, came across Misfits Salon, liked what I saw on their website, and was delighted they had an opening today.
