Customers have praised the groomer's exceptional service, noting that she is "extremely nice" and "very good with my dog." One customer, who had difficulty finding a groomer for their 14-year-old dog with arthritis and deafness, was impressed by how well the owner handled the situation, and the dog was not stressed when he came home. Another customer, whose dog had previously had negative experiences at other groomers, was delighted to find that their dog "loves coming here" and has no hesitation running to the owner, who has also helped the dog with its anxiety.
