At 9pm, our boiler had a major issue and we had serious concerns for the pressure warnings we were getting from the control panel. The dispatch team got us sorted out and had a technician out within the hour. Brian S. was kind and informative as he diagnosed the issue. He shared exactly what was wrong, how it affected the system, and how it would be repaired along with pricing. He even caught a couple other minor issues that he informed us of to think about repair for in the coming months as preventative maintenance. Discount Mechanical to the rescue. I’m a genius and put a screw in a water supply line while hanging a shelf this afternoon. Water everywhere in laundry room. 🤦🏼♀ Turned the main water off and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get anyone out on a holiday weekend and need to go back on shift tomorrow and not leave my Housesitter without water…
Usual place I go to took a long weekend (fair) so I called Discount Mechanical and they sent John who was lovely and 3.5 hours after my idiot disaster I had a hole in my drywall but an intact water line and water back on 😁 Very happy.

Wonderful company! They always solve issues with whatever issue we have in our house. We would love to compliment and give recognition to Abu!! This is the second time he has come to our house to fix something and we can’t thank him enough! He’s our go to guy!!
