During 2021/2022 we found it impossible to get a contractor to respond to our roofing needs. Definitive was the only company that came out and followed through. Their work was quick, efficient and within our budget. The owner's honesty and the manner in which he resolved our problems was refreshing. *******, who answers the phone, was always kind and offered great customer service. If we ever found ourselves in another bind we would use Definitive again.
