I asked for estimates from six different companies. Premier was not only the lowest estimate but they also actually came out and inspected and measured. All the other companies used maps and they got it wrong. Eleven years later, a tree fell on my roof. I was out of country and Premier went over and checked my roof, no charge. They do the extra little things. They use quality products. They go beyond code. They take photos. They clean up. They care. I highly recommend Premier Roofing. I just had them install a new roof on a different house. Same attention to detail as the last place. A before and after photo.
They were communicative -- telling me just enough to allow informed decisionmaking, but not so much that it was overwhelming -- as far as options, approaches, contingencies and the like. Near instantaneous response to questions. Showed up on time and made short work of the project. Impressive.
Amazing job. Great communication and contact through out the whole process. I feel comfortable reaching out to them afterword (I have a real fun Old Chimney situation going on) and very happy with the work vs price.
