Continental Subaru has been absolutely wonderful every time we’ve needed them. My daughter is active duty military and when she was transferring up to Alaska, we ran into some car trouble, but they were able to get us I quickly and were so helpful! Recently, she had to take a 7-hour ferry ride to get to the dealership, and again they have taken great care of her. The staff is kind, honest, fast, and incredibly easy to work with. Every visit, they’ve been understanding, helpful, and genuinely caring. It means so much knowing she can count on people who treat her with respect and make the process as stress-free as possible. I’ve been bringing my car here for years and have generally had good experiences, and I plan to continue doing so. However, my most recent visit left me feeling confused and a bit misled. I came in for a tire mount and oil change, and during the multipoint inspection I was told my battery failed and “Replace Battery” was listed as a recommended service. Based on the wording, I believed that meant the battery would be retested and replaced if it failed again. When I returned, I was told the battery was only being charged and tested again, and ultimately it wasn’t replaced.
