I came in right as they were about to close and was able to book an appointment to replace a tire. They got it fixed the following day and got a phone call to let me know. Giving it a 10/10 due to fast service, honored my service warranty so I did not have to pay anything, and even washed the outside of my car for free!

I appreciated the quick and efficient service for leasing. Albert S was especially helpful and thorough. I have worked with Honda in the past but Albert seems really with it. He understands the situation and your needs pretty quickly and does not push anything you don’t really want or need. He is conscientious and wants you to enjoy your vehicle experience. He’s is lovely to work with. I came to pick up my car and he was cleaning it and wanted everything to look perfect when I picked it up. I thought it was very thoughtful and endearing.
