Shelly was outstanding, she went above and beyond during my home-buying purchase. Her response time was fantastic, and I never waited more than a couple of hours for the information I needed or a response that it was being taken care of. She treated the entire process with a level of care as if it were her own, she truly cares about her client's best interest. I could not have gotten through this without her and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a great mortgage lender.
