When you live in Alaska you have a vehicle that can make it to the hillside in icy conditions. Guy named Jim came in a work van that couldn't even make it up or road let alone my driveway, said he wouldn't be back. I have 3 driveways, the 1st two he slid all over he wouldn't even try the third which I told him was a straight shot. If you live on the hillside, forget this company.

Avoid this place at all costs! Jim came to check on my washing machine, and while he was moving it, he put a hole in my wall. It wasn't a big deal initially, as he said he would repair the hole and give me a discount. After he finished repairing my washing machine, he told me he would be back in a few hours to fix the hole in the wall. He explained that he had another appointment after mine and would also provide me with a receipt for the washing machine repair. However, his card reader stopped working, so he had to send me an invoice instead. A few hours went by, and Jim was not answering his phone. I called again the next day and still heard nothing. Little mom and pop repair center They are one of the few places that open at 8am. Our dishwasher was giving us trouble, gave them a call, they were able to come out later in the afternoon and gave me a two hour window of when they would arrive. They arrived within the window, let me know what part needed to be ordered. I was able to find the part online and gave them a call two days later when it came in, they came back out and installed for me. I appreciate being given the part number and the option to find it cheaper when possible. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. And very prompt.
