I took my sewing machine into J&H after a repair shop in Wasilla left my machine in much worse shape than when I took it in. It took them some time to fix all the things that were wrong with it but with persistence they were able to repair it back to normal. I would recommend them.

Jess is awesome, took my machine to Anchorage Bernina Dealer they charged me almost 700.00 to fix sewing machine and service. when i was able to try and sew with it 1.5 years later after remodel of sewing room it wouldnt even sew needle was hitting outside of plate. Call J&H dropped machine off 3 days later it sews and guess what it was about a 3rd less of the cost then Dealer who screwed it up. Jess has found a life customers. Wont even Darken the Door Steps of Seams Like Home again.

I have an old vacuum that still works great but got smashed in a recent move making it inoperable. J&H replaced the broken part and gave it a tune up and it's good as new! I'm so glad they offer this service. In a world where everything is now being made to last a few years then replace it's nice to know craftsmanship still exists. Service was friendly and a great value, would definitely recommend and shop again.
