Never tried acupuncture before and was apprehensive about it - I mean, who wants needles in them voluntarily? Rande showed me not only the benefits of acupuncture but that it’s not painful or weird at all. She treated my ankle that I had broke in early spring and showed me how to exercise it the correct way. I also feel that it increased my internal chi too! Thanks Rande!
