I think Alcon family dental, is wonderful, I am visually impaired, and they have worked very closely and very nicely with me to get my teeth out and to also get new dentures, I love being there they are very nice very accommodating people who do excellent work.

Last week I called to reschedule an appointment I had at 3pm. This was my second time rescheduling the appointment as the week prior I was sick and then I had an unexpected work commitment pop up that I could not avoid.
The person I talked to on the phone when I called was named Krystal, and when I asked to reschedule, she brought up that this was my third or fourth time rescheduling (that was not accurate information), and that I would need to book an appointment way out in the future. I said that was fine, but then she said that I couldn't schedule an appointment anymore, and I was only able to come in for a walk-in from this point forward.
In the moment, I apologized profusely, but the conversation left me feeling shamed and dismissed, especially over something that was misrepresented. I understand the importance of timely cancellations, and I don’t take that lightly. But life happens, and I expected a more respectful, understanding response.
I've been going to Alcan Family Dental for many years, and this was the first time I felt uncomfortable with how I was treated. I sent an email with my concerns almost a week ago with no response, so I decided to write a review to express my concerns instead.

The staff is very kind and caring. They thoroughly explained all of my treatment options. Dr. Lopez took the time to hear my dental history and listened to my questions. I would highly recommend them!
